Who handles shipping?
All fulfilment and delivery is managed by PPP Company Limited (P3), working with specialist logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide. Bulk delivery to a single address in Hong Kong is included in the price for all orders of more than 10 copies. For deliveries outside Hong Kong, international shipping costs will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
When will my order be delivered?
Within Hong Kong, China, and Macau: All editions delivered by 1 June 2026.
Outside Hong Kong, China, and Macau: Estimated delivery between 1–30 June 2026. Buyers will receive shipping updates as their order is dispatched and in transit.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to production schedules, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any material changes.
International shipping rates
We offer preferential DHL international shipping rates for orders delivered outside Hong Kong, China, and Macau. Please note that a fuel surcharge is currently in effect and may affect the final shipping cost. The applicable shipping charge will be confirmed with you at the time of ordering before payment is taken.
Delivery address
All standard pricing includes delivery to one (1) address per order. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, please discuss this at the time of ordering — additional charges may apply.
Packaging
All copies are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Optional presentation packaging — including individually boxed copies — is available at additional cost. Please contact info@ppp.com.hk for details.
Customs and import duties
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. P3 is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at info@ppp.com.hk within 7 days of receipt with your order details and photographs of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Our general approach
The First Fifty Years is a pre-order commemorative publication, produced to order in custom print runs. As each order is prepared specifically for the buyer — and customised editions are produced to individual specifications — we are unable to offer routine cancellations or returns once an order has been placed and payment received.
That said, we handle all queries on a case-by-case basis and will always aim to find a fair resolution. If you have a concern, please contact info@ppp.com.hk and a member of the P3 team will respond within two business days.
Damaged or defective copies
If copies arrive in a damaged or defective condition, please contact info@ppp.com.hk within 7 days of delivery, including:
Your order reference
A description of the issue
Photographs of the affected copies and packaging
Where damage is attributable to production or transit, we will arrange replacement copies or an appropriate remedy.
Order cancellations
As all orders are confirmed and entered into production upon receipt of full payment, cancellations cannot be accepted and payments are non-refundable once an order is placed. If you have an exceptional circumstance, please contact us at info@ppp.com.hk as early as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Customised editions
Orders that include bespoke dust jackets, presentation packaging, or other customised elements are produced specifically for each buyer. Once artwork has been approved and production commenced, no changes can be made and these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Pricing errors
In the event of a clear pricing error at the time of order, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss the correct pricing before proceeding with fulfilment.
