Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases of The First Fifty Years made through thefirstfiftyyears.com or directly with PPP Company Limited. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

The First Fifty Years is published by PPP Company Limited ("P3"), Unit 1005–1006, 10th Floor, Hua Qin International Building, 340 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong. Enquiries: info@ppp.com.hk.

2. The Publication

The First Fifty Years is a pre-order commemorative hardback book, produced in a limited print run following the 2026 Hong Kong Rugby Sevens. All editions will be delivered by 1 June 2026 within Hong Kong, China, and Macau. International orders are estimated to arrive between 1–30 June 2026.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Individual copies can be purchased directly on this website. Orders of more than 10 copies are placed via tally.so/r/KYMeKk. Volume discounts are available for orders of 50 or more copies. All orders are subject to acceptance by P3. P3 reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$). The retail price is HK$780 per copy. Volume discounts are available for orders of 50 or more copies — contact info@ppp.com.hk for a tailored quote. P3 reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.

5. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of cleared funds. Payment must be made in Hong Kong Dollars.

6. Delivery

All editions will be delivered by 1 June 2026 within Hong Kong, China, and Macau. For orders outside these regions, estimated delivery is 1–30 June 2026, with shipping updates provided. Delivery is to a single address per order. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

7. Customised Editions

Corporate buyers may commission bespoke dust jackets and additional presentation elements. All artwork must be submitted by 30 April 2026. Once artwork is approved and production has commenced, no amendments can be made and customised orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

As a pre-order product produced to order, cancellations and returns cannot be accepted once payment has been received. Damaged or defective copies will be assessed and remedied on a case-by-case basis. For full details, see our Refund and Returns Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in The First Fifty Years — including text, photography, design, and layout — is protected by copyright and owned by PPP Company Limited, subject to third-party rights in contributor and archive materials. No part of the publication may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission from P3, except as permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P3's liability to any buyer shall not exceed the total amount paid by that buyer in respect of their order. P3 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with your order will be used solely for order fulfilment, communication, and invoicing. P3 will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order or as required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

P3 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your order shall apply to that order.
